Returns Policy – Damaged goods
If you received the goods damaged. Do not use the goods. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange the return & replacement of goods. Pease return all goods in original packaging.
Returns Policy – Faulty goods
As per the consumer guarantees act, if the goods are faulty upon arrival we will arrange an immediate replacement at our cost. If a replacement can not be delivered within an agreeable time period, we will issue a full refund or credit note.
All goods sold to a consumer are cover by the 12 month manufacturing guarantee.
Misuse or operation outside of its intended use will not be covered. You must always follow the instructions of the manufacture when using a product.
If you have a manufacturing fault outside of this 12 month period, please contact us and we will arrange replacement parts.
Normal wear & tear will not be covered by the manufacturing guarantee.
‘Change of mind’ return policy
We do not offer a refund for a ‘change of mind’. However, we will exchange or offer a credit note for unwanted goods if they are returned in the original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any goods returns marked or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange.
