VitiFerm BIO Alba Fria 500g

VitiFerm BIO Alba Fria is one of the first wine yeast strains in the world (Species Saccharomyces cerevisiae, DSMZ27010), which has been carefully selected from a complete organic habitat. In the selection process, special attention was given to select a strain with special properties in order to ferment aromatic wines and ciders.

This yeast strain has been selected due to its proven natural physiological characteristics in order to produce beverages with clean varietal fruit expression. Low ester and VA formation provides real amplification of varietal and terrior characters.

VitiFerm BIO is 100% organic from selection to production. VitiFerm BIO Alba Fria is in full compliance with the EU-regulations 234/2007and 889/2008.
